"Louisville Handyman was great to work with during our kitchen remodel project. We spent a lot of time in the planning stage and they never rushed us into moving faster than we were comfortable. We first had them install a steel beam so that the ceiling in the rooms would be seamless and lived with the wall out for a month or more. We used that month to make changes to the design. Every time we had a new idea, Kathy would discuss with us and modify the design (the window enlargement, moving the microwave, etc.). Once we had a design, we contracted with them for a full kitchen remodel. We can't say enough good things about the craftsmen assigned, but especially John, who didn't just come in and do the work, but thought through the kitchen design and made some great suggestions that really helped with the finished design project (kitchen cabinet layout and tile design, just to name a few). We had some challenges to work through with appliance and tile delays due to covid and they worked with us to timely complete the project. Any issues that came up, they dealt with promptly. We found several surprises inside our wall and soffit that required changes and they always had a way to workaround and fix. The subcontractors that were involved were excellent too- professional and competent. We ended up with a kitchen that we could not be happier with!"
